Once you've approved the strategy and we have account access, we typically go live within 5 working days. Most of that time is building creatives and setting up tracking correctly.
What if I've never run ads before? +
That's completely fine — it can actually be an advantage. We set everything up from scratch the right way, without having to undo bad habits from previous campaigns.
Do I pay for the ad spend separately? +
Yes. Your ad budget goes directly to Facebook or Google — we never touch it. You pay us a flat management fee from €399/month. Fully transparent, no percentage cuts.
How quickly do you respond to messages? +
Fast. We respond the same day to all messages and campaign questions. Same-day replies, always — no matter where in the world you are.
