1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing yourdigitalpartners.in or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

YDP provides performance marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and related digital marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain ownership of all ad accounts and grant YDP appropriate access
• Pay agreed fees on time
• Comply with Meta, Google and all relevant platform terms

4. Intellectual Property

Website content and YDP branding remain our intellectual property. Campaign assets created for clients belong to the client upon full payment.

5. Results and Warranties

We work hard to achieve strong results but make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions and platform algorithm changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YDP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. YDP may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
